More than ever job seekers are using mobile devices to browse for career opportunities over the internet.
A LinkedIn survey revealed that 72% view company pages for career opportunities while 64% browse for them on company social media pages. More than half of the survey sample indicate they check company career pages for job opportunities from time to time.
However, only a few businesses have their career pages optimized for the mobile. Fewer still have invested enough to make their application process painless on a mobile.
